Since these services are customized, time-based, and work-oriented, refunds are generally not applicable once work has started.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- Payment has been made, but the service has not yet started
- CityZar is unable to deliver the agreed service due to technical or operational reasons
- A duplicate or excess payment has been made by mistake
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by CityZar.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The service work has already started
- Partial or full service has been delivered
- Delay or failure caused by the client’s lack of response, incorrect information, or non-cooperation
- Dissatisfaction related to SEO rankings, traffic, leads, or business performance
- Services purchased under discounts, promotions, or special offers
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the customer must:

- Provide payment details and service information
- Clearly mention the reason for the refund request
Refund requests submitted without proper information may not be processed.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7 to 10 working days
Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond CityZar’s control.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation only before the service work has started.
Once the service has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

CityZar reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
